1首先,水煮沸,整塊雞胸肉入滾水中,煮熟。

2各種蔬菜菌類洗凈切塊備用

4水煮沸,先下胡蘿蔔煮至七分熟

6最後燙菠菜,菠菜入鍋就可以關火了,很容易煮爛!

7將所有煮熟的蔬菜用涼水沖涼控水
