雞胸肉 100g, 土豆 250g, 洋蔥 80g, 玉米粒 50g, 黃油 適量, 鹽 1/4小勺, 糖 少許, 胡椒粉 少許, 麵粉 適量, 蛋液 適量, 麵包屑 適量

1土豆洗凈去皮

2雞胸肉洗凈剁碎

4土豆蒸熟搗成泥,燒熱鍋加入黃油

5小火待黃油融化,放入洋蔥末

6炒香後再加入雞胸肉末

7炒至顏色變白,加入鹽、糖、胡椒粉調味,拌炒均勻

8炒好的雞肉加入土豆泥里,拌勻

9取適量混合物,揉團後,略壓扁,成餅狀備用

10準備麵粉、蛋液、麵包屑

11將備用的小餅依序先沾裹上麵粉,再沾裹蛋液,最後裹上麵包屑

12都處理好後,放入熱油鍋中,煎炸至上色金黃酥脆,撈出控油即可。(食用時可蘸自己喜歡的醬料或直接食用)
