1準備好基圍蝦、花甲、西紅柿、白蘑菇、洋蔥、西蘭花

2橄欖油、意麵、番茄醬、黑胡椒

3基圍蝦去頭和蝦線、其它材料切好

4小鍋煮開水加鹽, 煮麵十五分鐘左右

5煮麵的同時開始炒醬,適量的油、放入大蒜子和洋蔥煸出香味
