8腌24小時,把多餘的湯汁倒掉,均勻刷上一層花生油

9進微波爐,①高火5分鐘,②翻面,再烤3分鐘,③拿出來將多餘湯汁倒掉,再進微波爐,光波3分鐘,④翻面再光波3分鐘,就可以吃了~

小技巧
①在改刀的時候間距小一點,要保證入味。 ②抹醬汁之後一定要進行按摩,保證入味。 ③中間烤好的時候,一定要把烤出來的油汁倒掉,口感好。
