小技巧
我選擇的火鍋底料是帶花椒的,如果不帶花椒的底料又很喜歡那種麻香的感覺的話,一定記得在爆香蔥姜蒜之前,練一下花椒油.吃到嘴裡有種麻麻的過癮的感覺,或者是在最終點一點花椒油進去,也非常棒.
