3熱鍋少油下雞肉翻炒至變色

4加入胡蘿蔔.洋蔥.土豆.蘑菇翻炒

5加適量水.再加4塊圖片上的肉高湯塊(如果沒有就加鹽與雞粉也可以)加蓋中火煮15分鐘

6另起鍋熱鍋小火加入咖喱粉與麵粉

7小火炒使麵粉與咖喱粉混合

8加入旁邊鍋里的湯

9攪拌至無顆粒(這步比較費勁.需要耐心)

10將麵粉咖喱粉混合物倒進土豆雞肉洋蔥的鍋內攪拌均勻(如果覺得辣就加點牛奶)

11加入一茶匙BULL-DOG日式辣醬油(如果沒有就用醬油代替也可以)
