原料
高粉 150g, 低粉 60g, 細砂糖 30g, 鹽 2g, 淡奶油 60g, 牛奶 60g, 全蛋液 20g, 酵母 2g, 黃油 18g, 內餡(豆沙餡或其它餡料) 適量, 表面裝飾的全蛋液 適量

1把除黃油外的所有材料放進麵包機,揉至光滑

2加入黃油,揉至能拉出薄膜的擴展階段,然後發酵至兩倍大

4取一份麵糰擀開成厚薄適中的長方形
