簡介
印度的咖喱比較偏辣,南洋的就比較甜一些,因為會加入一些椰漿,所以有特殊的香味,戚風蛋糕基本上是周末就會做做,這次也做一個咖喱口味的咯~
原料
雞蛋2個,低筋粉40g,砂糖20g,椰子粉10g,咖喱粉5g,清水20g,雞粉10g,橄欖油24g;
步驟
1找一個小碗,放進去10g椰子粉;

2加入20g清水;

9篩入低筋麵粉,翻拌均勻;

10兩個蛋清加入15g砂糖,高速打發到扣盆不倒即可;

11然後分三次和蛋黃糊翻拌均勻;
