10點火上高壓鍋(沒有高壓鍋就盡量把肉弄熟吧)上氣10分鍾,

11嘿嘿~~好了~~把調料全都拿出來,晾幹肉~~~用微波爐打上3分鍾也可以

12九陽按摩,轟炸,料理機 把肉打爛~~~這東西震動是大,手臂按摩的最好儀器!

14熱鍋上油(少許)加熱並且把鍋面全部粘上油!防止粘鍋!油開後關到最小火~~~不停的~~扒拉~~~(10---30分鍾)即可~~肉不冒氣,鬆散了 就可以了~~此過程放糖~~
