血糯米240g, 水適量, 砂糖(血糯米用)15g, 紫薯(含皮)317g, 牛奶550g, 砂糖(紫薯奶糊用)8g
步驟
1 紫薯洗乾淨後放鍋里蒸熟

2 血糯米加水浸泡一會

3 淘洗乾淨後,倒鍋里,加水,具體加多少,由於每家使用的鍋具不一樣,所以按照自家煮飯習慣來就好,但是最好軟一點
