紫薯: 200g, 白薯: 300g, 糖: 80克, 糯米粉(水磨): 100克, (餡)熟白芝麻粉: 100g, (餡)蜂蜜: 100g, (餡)橄欖油(玉米油): 50g, (餡)干桂花: 1g, 熟芝麻(撒料): 20g
步驟
1紫薯和白薯去皮蒸熟,溫熱時用手抓成泥,放入白糖,水磨糯米粉,活成麵糰

2餡:熟芝麻粉,蜂蜜,橄欖油(玉米油),干桂花,調勻
