2西葫蘆切成圓形片狀,紅椒、蒜切碎備用

5取一片西葫蘆片,兩面粘上干澱粉,並抖掉多餘的乾粉

6再將粘過粉的西葫蘆片在蛋液里打個滾,使其兩面均勻的包裹上蛋液

7電餅鐺中放少許油,下入西葫蘆餅,一面煎至金黃後,再翻面煎另一面
