1麵粉加清水和成麵糰,稍微硬一點

11豆角快熟時,加入茄子翻炒幾下,然後加入西紅柿翻炒,這時加入老抽,鹽,五香粉,花椒粉,翻炒均勻

12把燒開的水加入菜中蓋鍋蓋悶一會,待菜入味

13把炒好的菜加入蒸好的麵條里

小技巧
1.炒菜時不要把菜汁收干,不然麵條不入味 2.最後一個再次蒸的步驟一定要做,這樣才好入味
