1糯米粉適量,倒入一個乾淨的碗中

2加入清水,和成一個光滑的麵糰(清水分次少量加入哦,不然太濕又要加粉了)

4麵糰分成小個壓扁,平底鍋放油,開始煎吧

5兩面煎煎

6煎好放入一個碗中備用

7下面開始熬糖水啦,平底鍋放少量油和白糖,小火慢炒,炒至糖完全溶化,成金黃色為止,然後加入半碗清水一起熬(加水時小心哦,容易飛濺)

8煎好的粑粑放入糖水中一起煮,兩面都煮一下
