6取三分之一蛋白加入麵糊中翻拌均勻

7在把拌好的麵糊倒入剩餘的蛋白中用切拌方式翻拌均勻,不能劃圈

8把麵糊分三份,原味多一點其它二份少一點,把可可的和抹茶的分別拌勻

9用三個勺分別往模具里加麵糊,先加二勺原味在加二勺抺茶在加二勺可可按順序加完為止,全部加完後要輕輕的震一下模具排出氣泡立即放入預熱好的烤箱中下層,上管140度下管130度烤60分鐘

10出爐後震一下震出熱氣倒扣放涼脫模
