原料
白菜: 290g, 麵粉: 420克, 酵母: 2克, 水: 245g, 洋蔥: 半個, 蒜: 4小顆, 玉米油: 20g, 鹽: 3g, 蚝油: 3勺, 生抽: 2勺, 豬肉: 480g
步驟
1酵母用少量水稀釋,然後和麵粉,水均勻和面,然後用蓋子蓋上發酵大概40分鐘左右
