原料
茄子: 2/1個, 酵母: 30克, 香油: 2勺, 鹽: 20克, 青椒: 1個, 老乾媽: 30克, 麵粉: 700克, 雞精: 2克, 火腿: 30克, 蒜: 2個, 蔥: 4個
步驟
1把發酵粉放到麵粉中間,從發酵粉邊慢慢的倒入溫水,再用溫水把麵粉和起來

2放到密閉容器里,等30分鐘左右,等它發酵,長到1~2倍大的時候就行了
