原料
麵粉: 200g, 開水: 100g, 雞蛋: 1個, 小蔥: 1把, 椒鹽: 適量, 太陽花油: 適量
步驟
1200g麵粉緩緩加入開水,打1個生雞蛋,揉勻,分成30~40g的麵糰若干,塗點油,醒發半個小時;把小蔥洗凈,切小段,加入適量椒鹽,用燒熱的20g太陽花油倒入拌勻;

2把醒發好的麵糰擀成薄片;

3鋪滿蔥油;

4從下往上捲起;

5再從右到左盤起來;

6放置15分鐘;

7輕輕擀成圓餅狀。其他麵糰依此法重複製作;

8燒熱平底鍋,倒入一點點油,將麵餅放入鍋內;
