麵粉: 一小碗, 植物油: 適量, 香蔥: 一棵, 鹽: 適量

4將卷好的卷,重新擀成一張博餅,要慢慢擀,避免油酥露出來,把剩餘的油酥塗上,擀好後將香蔥切碎灑在餅上,灑少許鹽
