原料
湘佳黃油母雞: 1200g, 干香菇: 25朵, 清水: 適量, 鹽: 適量, 味精: 適量
步驟
1干香菇用清水洗凈乾淨,一定要乾淨哈~選一個大口徑的碗(要保證它們每一朵都能如圖趴在水上)加入一碗的水,將它們浸泡半個小時

2將雞肉洗凈,冷水下鍋,過除血水(待水沸騰後將雞肉撈起)

3將撈好的雞肉倒入電壓力鍋中
