水發花膠: 200g, 水發小鉤翅: 200g, 水發南美參: 300g, 姜: 適量, 蚝油: 3湯匙, 魚露: 適量, 生粉: 適量
步驟
1將原料準備好

2鍋中放水,放入薑片,水滾後將原料放入飛水,待水滾後撈起

3撈起後過下冷水待用

4準備好電燜鍋,將原料放入燜鍋中,放入薑片、魚露、蠔油拌均勻,設定1小時(無燜鍋也可用電飯鍋燜)

5(忘拍生粉勾芡圖,就用寫吧)將燜好原料放入鍋中開小火哦,放入生粉,收汁,裝碟
