1胡蘿蔔切成細絲,菠菜切成段、金針菇去根、平菇切成絲、香菇切成絲,蔥切末

2將鍋燒熱放入油煸香蔥末,放入肉末煸炒

9鍋內放入油,將卷好的油豆皮放入鍋內煎
