小技巧
薑絲不可缺,也可根據自己喜好使用蟹、貝類、鮑魚仔等食材,鹽需出鍋前放入,胡椒粉根據個人口味適量(也可不放),蔥碎出鍋後單獨撒入粥碗。蝦背可開可不開,蝦線挑出。口重者可單獨備份生抽,海鮮沾汁食用。使用砂鍋煲味道更棒!
