低筋麵粉: 250g, 白砂糖: 40g, 鹽: 2g, 雞蛋: 4個, 無鹽黃油: 55g, 牛奶: 500ml, 淡奶油: 500ml, 色素(紅橙黃綠青藍紫): 少量

1材料:淡奶油用的是金鑽本來有甜味打發不用再加糖,牛奶是純牛奶,黃油是無鹽黃油

2低筋麵粉過篩

3加入40g白砂糖,鹽,雞蛋,黃油(微波爐解凍成液體狀),攪拌均勻無白色粉末狀

4分三次倒入牛奶,攪拌均勻

8修整去邊待用

9煎好的餅皮疊好備用(我每個顏色煎了4張)

10淡奶油隔冰水用打蛋器打發至固體紋路清晰無光澤備用

11放好一張餅皮用奶油刀取少量奶油鋪滿再取一張餅皮蓋上輕輕按壓,一層一層的鋪好直至完成
