1土豆紫薯去皮洗凈,不加紫薯也可以,之前剩的紫薯一個,我就加里了

2切小小小塊,小點容易熟

3蒸鍋隔水蒸20分鐘左右,看看熟了就好

4蒸土豆的時候準備時令蔬菜,最好選用容易熟的,我就看冰箱有什麼就加了什麼,洋蔥,哈爾濱紅腸,如果有培根更好,青椒,香菇,西紅柿

5土豆蒸熟搗成泥,不用太碎,也不建議用料理機打太碎,有小塊也沒關係

8把土豆米飯泥放入電餅鐺中,勺背粘食用水,一點點把土豆泥鋪滿電餅鐺,勺背要不停的沾水,否則很粘
