金橘: 5個, 檸檬: 1個, 柚子: 1個, 冰糖: 適量
步驟
1準備好原材料,檸檬金桔用鹽水浸泡20分鐘,柚子皮用鹽擦洗

2將柚子皮、檸檬皮切細絲,果肉切塊, 金桔去籽切塊

3去苦味:將果肉、果皮一起放入鍋中焯水約3分鐘

5開大火熬煮,加入冰糖 待熬至冒泡,轉小火,期間用木勺攪拌

6熬至粘稠後,關火

柚子皮和檸檬皮越薄越好,減少苦味 另外加入了蜂蜜,泡水的溫度不要太高哦
