1羊腿劃幾道口子,放入清水浸泡3小時以上去除血水與膻味

小貼士:羊肉特膻味較大,夏秋季節氣候熱燥,不宜吃羊肉。羊肉屬大熱之品,凡有發熱、牙痛、口舌生瘡、咳吐黃痰等上火症狀者都不宜食用。患有肝病、高血壓、急性腸炎或其他感染性疾病,還有發熱期間都不宜食用。暑熱天或發熱病人慎食之;水腫、骨蒸、瘧疾、外感、牙痛及一切熱性病症者禁食。紅酒和羊肉是禁忌一起食用的食用後會產生化學反應。
