12倒入沒過肉的水

13蓋鍋蓋,小火燉2小時左右(沒什麼汁就差不多了)

14將燉好的肉皮朝上 放入小碗中,倒上醬汁

15放入蒸鍋,大火蒸20分鐘再悶10分鐘,即可 (蒸肉的作用是讓肉入口即化,顏色更透亮,把油蒸出來,沒有耐心可以省略,但成品會有點膩)

16蒸好的肉還是出了蠻多油的,用勺子撇掉浮油,再配一碗米飯,開吃吧!

蒸肉這一步建議不要省略..都煮了兩個小時也不差那半小時了,而且蒸過的肉膽固醇還會降低,有益健康哦 煮時嘗嘗味道,覺得不夠咸就加點鹽,覺得不夠甜就加點糖,根據自己口味調節
