原料
中筋麵粉: 130g, 黃油: 55g, 肉桂粉: 1.5g, 豆蔻粉: 1g, 泡打粉: 5g, 小蘇打: 1.5, 黃糖: 50g, 南瓜泥: 60g, 鹽: 1g, Butter Milk: 40g(牛奶40g+2g白醋), 香草精: 1g, 核桃: 25g, 葡萄乾: 25g
步驟
1將麵粉,黃糖,泡打粉,小蘇打攪拌均,➕黃油(切的碎一點,不要融化)用手搓均勻.

2牛奶➕檸檬汁(2g)靜止10分鐘就成了Butter milk!
