原料
植物油: 100g, 低筋麵粉: 230g, 白砂糖: 60g, 鹽: 1g, 小蘇打: 1g, 泡打粉: 2g, 雞蛋: 1個, 黑芝麻: 少許
步驟
1將植物油、白砂糖、鹽放於乾淨容器中攪拌均勻。

2加入雞蛋,繼續攪拌均勻

4揉成光滑的麵糰

5烤盤上鋪油紙,把揉好的麵糰分成大小均勻的小麵糰,放置於烤盤上

6把小麵糰壓扁,中間撒上少許黑芝麻

7預熱烤箱,180度16分鐘,上色就可以出爐了!
