步驟
1攪拌盆打入雞蛋、蜂蜜,攪勻

2在另一攪拌盆倒入低粉、黑糖(紅糖)、泡打粉,攪拌均勻

6繼續攪拌至成為光滑細膩的麵糊,用保鮮膜包住盆口,室溫放置1個小時(夏天要放置在冷藏室,取出後放置片刻待麵糊恢複流動狀態)

7麵糊放置的間隔,在矽膠模內塗上一層融化的黃油,並放置於冷藏室備用

8將放置過的麵糊用小勺小心填入矽膠模內,7分滿即可

9預熱烤箱180度,烤13~15分鐘

20放置麵糊的時間,將模具內面塗上一層均勻的融化黃油,並撒上高粉,讓麵粉均勻地附著在模具的內表面,磕掉多餘的麵粉,放置在冷藏室備用

21將放置過的麵糊用小勺小心填入模具內,7分滿即可
