麵條: 500g, 雞蛋: 2個, 火腿腸: 1根, 青菜: 適量, 精鹽: 1.5鹽勺, 雞精: 1鹽勺, 十三香: 1鹽勺, 生抽: 1匙, 老抽: 2匙, 山西陳醋: 2匙, 油: 適量

2雞蛋打散成蛋液,青菜洗凈切段,火腿切片(切條都可)~
