油皮:: , 中筋麵粉: 200克, 豬油: 60克, 糖: 30克, 水: 70克, 油酥:: , 低筋麵粉: 135克到145克, 豬油: 67克, 餅餡兒:: , 冬瓜茸: 120克, 熟糯米: 100克, 白糖: 80克, 色拉油: 20克, 熟芝麻: 10克, 椰蓉: 15克, 水: 10到40克(根據冬瓜茸的出水情況而定)
步驟
1新鮮冬瓜去皮洗凈,取大約250克切塊!根據製作經驗,250克最後正好可以做120克冬瓜茸,如果你怕有偏差,取300克最保險!
