戚風蛋糕胚: 7寸, 植脂奶油: 適量, 奧利奧: 三包, 藍莓果醬: 一湯匙, 芒果: 一個, 罐頭黃桃: , 火龍果:
步驟
1將芒果,火龍果切成大方粒,黃桃切成小方粒備用
2將奧利奧的夾心去掉,壓碎放入攪拌機打成粉末
3奶油打發,拌入適量的奧利奧粉末,取出一碗拌藍莓果醬
4戚風蛋糕胚在中間切開兩層
5在轉盤上抹點奶油,轉平,放上一層蛋糕胚,抹上藍莓奧利奧奶油,抹平,撒上黃桃粒
