大台芒: 3個, 淡奶油: 250ml, 奶油奶酪: 500g, 吉利丁: 3片, 白糖: 80g, 牛奶: 20g, 牛奶: 150ml, 吉利丁片: 2片, 火龍果: 半個, 芒果: 1個, 榛仁巧克力: 1塊

1準備所需的芝士餡的材料集合

2奶油奶酪切塊,室溫軟化,放30g白糖,將盆坐在溫水上,攪拌均勻。(也可以放在烤箱或微波爐里,稍微溫熱一下,利於軟化攪打均勻。)

3碗中放入20g牛奶,將吉利丁片剪成小片,將碗坐與溫熱的水中,攪拌牛奶,直到吉利丁片完全融化

4芒果去皮去核,取肉切丁

8淡奶油分3次加糖,打發成6成發的狀態

12準備做鏡面,用150g的牛奶,加入2片吉利丁,坐溫熱的水,讓其完全融化
