大白菜: 2棵(約1000克), 白蘿蔔: 1個(小的), 蘋果: 1個, 梨: 1個, 韓國泡菜專業辣椒粉(可以改100-150克)好辣: 200克, 糯米粉: 50克, 水: 500克, 糖: 45-50克, 鹽: 適量, 魚露: 2勺
步驟
1提前1日清洗大白菜,將白菜撕開一片一片

2加鹽,搓均勻每一塊白菜,放24小時以上,方便白菜出水!

324小時後,把大白菜浸出來的水倒掉,拿一小口吃下,看看有多咸,用清水把大白菜的鹽洗去,如果咸就多衝幾次就好了,洗好後再次瀝干水分

4胡蘿蔔洗乾淨,削皮,切條

6把糯米粉50克倒到不粘鍋里
