1雞胸肉切薄片,

2用蛋清,淡奶油,奶酪粉,料酒,鹽,糖,胡椒粉,雞粉,薑片腌制數小時,

3鍋里放油燒熱,雞排蘸上干澱粉,然後再放蛋液里浸一下,再蘸上麵包粉,

4入油鍋炸至兩面金黃即可撈出控油,改刀切塊擺盤,放上檸檬片。
