原料
蝦: 適量, 料酒,生抽,鹽: 適量, 生薑,洋蔥或者大蒜: 適量, 玉米澱粉: 適量, 雞蛋: 1個, 麵包糠: 適量, 番茄醬: 適量
步驟
1先處理蝦,蝦尾留殼,把蝦線挑出來後,用刀背把蝦肉稍微拍一下,注意不要太用力拍爛了,然後放生薑,洋蔥沫,料酒,鹽,生抽把蝦腌制一會

2準備澱粉,雞蛋液,麵包糠

5最後裹麵包糠,烤盤裡墊油紙,把裹好的蝦放進去,烤箱230預熱5分鐘

6進烤箱,230度10-15分鐘
