小技巧
可能是我的黃油軟化得不到位,我沒能像德州農民說的那樣,攪拌2、3分鐘就讓黃油和粉類混合成顆粒狀。最後只好像做酥粒麵糰那樣,用手把粉類和黃油抓搓融合。
