低粉(用於原味餅乾): 150g, 低粉(用於抹茶味餅乾): 130g, 黃油: 150g, 糖粉: 100g, 雞蛋: 40g, 抹茶粉: 10g, 樹莓or草莓果醬: 適量

1150g黃油軟化至室溫加入過篩糖粉100g

2加入雞蛋40g

4攪拌到如圖所有材料混合均勻,看不到糖粉就可以啦

5將混合好的黃油分成兩份,其中一份中加入150g過篩的麵粉,攪拌均勻

15用刮板將餅乾移到烘焙紙上

16在聖誕樹餅乾上用吸管戳出9個小洞 (在一半數量的餅乾上戳洞,剩下一半做底,不需要戳)

17將餅乾放到鋪好烘焙紙的烤盤上烤箱預熱180度,中上層烤10分鐘 (每台烤箱脾氣不同,時間按照自己的烤箱微調一下)

18在戳洞的餅乾上撒上糖霜

19沒有戳洞的餅乾擠上適量的果醬,不要太多,避免擠出來 (果醬最好過篩去掉種子)

20將撒了糖霜的餅乾疊放到加了果醬的餅乾上

21有些小洞裡擠出的果醬小紅珠會不太飽滿,可以再擠一點果醬重新裝飾一下 (餅乾做好後密封保存)
