原料
牛肉: 適量, 生抽: 1勺, 胡蘿蔔: 1根, 鹽: 適量, 糖: 2勺, 雞蛋: 1個, 番茄醬: 適量, 醋: 少許, 蔥: 少許
步驟
1準備的食材如圖,我沒有放洋蔥,孩子不太能接受,大家可以根據喜好添加噢

2熱鍋冷油,煸炒西紅柿丁,炒出漿為止

3另起一鍋水煮開,肥牛片冷凍拿出來後切成小段,煮熟不好切(也可以用烹飪過的牛肉粒哦),水裡加蔥和切好的肥牛片,過水去沫,去腥

4西紅柿炒出漿後加入胡蘿蔔,土豆丁翻炒

5然後加水,開水噢

6換小鍋,當然也可不換,在之前的湯汁里加入煮熟的米飯

7然後在米飯上鋪上牛肉粒

8待煮開,加入鹽,生抽,番茄醬,糖,少許醋,都適量,根據孩子口味來

9最後煮開,打入雞蛋花,隨後用筷子不停攪拌,防止糊底
