小技巧
1、排骨剁的小塊點炸的時候方便熟透。我這個還是有點大哈 2、掛糊不要加清水的,不要那種很稀薄的,直接生粉放到排骨里,加雞蛋,一點點料酒,拌的很厚實,拌的時候也會比較吃力哈,這樣子掛糊炸出來很完整切薄厚剛好 3、煮的時候生抽一點點哈。。就是提個鮮味。多了影響顏色的
