14倒入香菇洋蔥,加入水,沒過肉。大火燒開轉中火。中間記得看汁的量,不要燒乾了。

小技巧
雞蛋跟五花肉一起煮7分鐘就好,因為還要上色,太久會太老。撈起放涼水裡輕輕剝殼。
