2牛奶和色拉油混合用手動打蛋器攪拌均勻

5蛋白加白砂糖打發,糖分多次加入(3-5次)

6打至9成發/打蛋器提起不會滴到盆里即可

7打發好的蛋白霜,取1/3的蛋白霜與麵粉糊用刮刀混合均勻後

8再倒回剩下的蛋白霜中用橡皮刮刀翻拌均勻

9將拌好的麵糊倒入準備好的烤箱中用刮刀抹均勻、輕輕放在桌子上震幾下

10烤箱預熱上下火150度10分鐘,放入烤箱中層叮15-20分鐘(看烤箱而定)

11取出放在烤網上放涼
