原料
土豆: 1個, 芹菜: 2顆, 廋肉: 80克, 大蒜: 2瓣, 紅椒: 1個, 生抽: 適量, 食鹽: 適量, 食用油: 適量
步驟
1將土豆去皮以後切絲,用涼水侵泡5分鐘後洗2遍。芹菜切段,瘦肉切條,大蒜切碎,紅椒切圈;

2涼鍋熱油之後,放入大蒜熗鍋,倒入廋肉翻炒至廋肉變色,盛出待用;

3放入適量食用油,倒入土豆絲翻炒約2分鐘。因為芹菜比土豆絲容易熟,所以先炒一會土豆絲;

4倒入芹菜一起翻炒約2分鐘,中間加入紅椒;

5將廋肉放入,加入適量食鹽,繼續炒約1分鐘;

6倒入少量涼水,待水開之後,淋上生抽,出鍋裝盤即可;
