根據自己需要的量定:
步驟
1牛,豬裡脊肉,還有白糖,鹽,必須是瘦肉,否則效果就不好了!

2如上圖一樣,將肉筋,肥肉切除,並切成1厘米左右的見方!便於入味

3把調料統統放進去腌制,小茴香,八角,蔥,姜,13香,料酒,醬油,鹽/(不放糖!

4抓均勻~~放置大約2--4小時!!

5點火上高壓鍋(沒有高壓鍋就儘量把肉弄熟吧)上氣10分鐘!

6好了~~把調料全都拿出來,晾乾肉~~~用微波爐打上3分鐘也可以

7料理機 把肉打爛~~~

8已經有點肉鬆的樣子了吧~~下一步是脫水了~~

9熱鍋上油(少許)加熱並且把鍋面全部粘上油!防止粘鍋!油開後關到最小火~~~不停的~~扒拉~~~(10---30分鐘)即可~~肉不冒氣,鬆散了 就可以了~~此過程放糖~~
