小技巧
1、篩粉時有圖案的地方篩厚些,篩淺了圖案不明顯。不必擔心篩多了會苦,最後入口吃起來一點不會覺得苦。 2、怕麻煩的話,兩次奶油也可以全部一次性打發,冷藏備用即可。
