原料
掛麵: 120克, 雞脯肉: 100克, 蟹味菇: 30克, 胡蘿蔔: 40克, 青豆: 40克, 鹽: 1小勺, 雞精: 適量, 胡椒粉: 適量, 生抽: 3克, 醋: 15克, 麻油: 10克, 蚝油: 半小勺, 生粉: 3克, 水: 適量, 色拉油: 30克
步驟
1雞脯肉解凍洗凈,胡蘿蔔切小丁、青豆蟹味菇洗凈備用

2將青豆與胡蘿蔔丁過沸水氽熟,撈出備用

4將青豆、胡蘿蔔、蟹味菇置於碗中,加入生抽、雞精、胡椒粉、醋、麻油、蚝油,調和均勻

5雞脯肉切丁,加入生粉和少量水,加1/4小勺的鹽,拌勻
