絲苗米: 1斤, 臘腸: 2條, 鷓鴣: 1隻, 新鮮竹筒(儘量取稍厚的): 1條
步驟
1竹筒開蓋,肉類切好調好味備用,大米洗乾淨浸泡15分鐘。

2絲苗米用食用油拌勻,均勻地鋪在竹筒的底部

3加入肉類,再加入適量開水,必須是開水。

4蓋上竹蓋,用鐵絲扎住,引著炭、燒旺爐火,將竹筒蓋朝上正面架在燒烤爐上,其間會看到竹筒兩頭在冒著水汽,等水差不多干時,就不時轉動兩側,慢慢烤至水干,再翻轉烤下頂蓋位置,這時會不斷飄來陣陣竹香、飯香、肉香...
