香芋: 1個, 排骨: 半斤, 大米: 按個人分量, 香菇: 適量, 香蔥: 適量, 生抽: 適量, 料酒: 適量, 生粉: 適量, 蚝油: 適量
步驟
1把排骨洗乾淨,瀝干水分;

2排骨加入適量鹽、生抽、蚝油、料酒、生粉拌勻腌制15分鐘;

3把芋頭切方塊,香菇泡發後切小塊,一起放入腌制的排骨中再腌10分鐘;

8將翻炒後的排骨、香芋、香菇倒入電飯鍋中,此時電飯鍋煮飯的水已煮開;
